This form is for RENEWAL applicants. If your student is not currently attending Kent City Schools, then you will need to fill out a NEW application between May 1 and June 1. If you have more than one student, you will need to fill out an application for each student.

If you are a Kent resident, and are moving out of the district, you need to apply using the NEW Inter-District Open Enrollment Application at www.kentschools.net/interdistrict-open-enrollment.

IF YOU HAVE A NEW STUDENT (Example: KINDERGARTEN), you will have to fill out a NEW Inter-District Open Enrollment Application for your new student between May 1 and June 1 at www.kentschools.net/interdistrict-open-enrollment.

APPLICATIONS ARE CONSIDERED INCOMPLETE WITHOUT THE REQUIRED PROOF OF RESIDECY. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE TWO (2) PROOFS OF RESIDENCY BY JUNE 1, YOUR STUDENT'S RENEWAL APPLICATION MAY BE DENIED.

Agreement In the event that my child is accepted, I agree to provide transportation to Kent City Schools. I confirm that I will follow the Open Enrollment Guidelines:  Transportation to and from school is the responsibility of the family.  No tuition fees are charged, but students must pay normal classroom fees.  Students must adhere to all Kent City School district Code of Conduct policies.  Regular attendance is a key factor. Please note: We will be monitoring absences and tardiness throughout the school year. I also acknowledge that any inaccurate information on this form could lead to an application denial or later cancellation of an approval.
